Who we help

• Capable older adults in Utah who want help staying on top of bills, subscriptions and account activity.
• Families who live far away or are stretched thin and want a clear, permission-based view.
• People who have been targeted by a scam, or are worried they might be.

What we do

• Pay approved recurring household bills from a separate account in the client’s own name, within limits the client sets.
• Review account activity and flag anything unusual or unclear.
• A monthly dashboard and a call of up to 60 minutes.
• Routine calls to vendors and billing departments.
• Monthly scam education, and updates to one trusted contact with the client’s permission.

What we don’t do

• No investment, tax, legal or insurance advice, and no financial planning.
• No custody of client money: funds never pass through our accounts.
• No guardianship, conservatorship, trustee or general power-of-attorney roles.
• No debt negotiation or credit repair.

When a client needs one of those services, we’ll refer them back to you or to another qualified professional.

How to refer

With your client’s permission, give them our number or introduce us by email. Please don’t send us financial records or identity documents. We start with a no-obligation conversation, and clients keep every decision.

Free talk for your group

We offer a free 20–30-minute education session on credit freezes for clients, families and community groups, with a one-page take-home guide. Printed copies are available on request.
